Information you provide
When you join our waitlist, we collect the email address and any other information you choose to provide in the signup form. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use this information to manage the waitlist, send the updates you requested, and respond to you.

Waitlist service
Our waitlist currently opens on our Wix website. Wix processes form submissions and supports our signup confirmation emails. The Wix site may use cookies and other technologies under its own settings. You can review Wix’s privacy policy at https://www.wix.com/about/privacy.

Website hosting and technical information
This website is hosted by IONOS MyWebsite Now. IONOS processes technical visitor information to operate, secure, and evaluate the website. MyWebsite Now includes IONOS SiteAnalytics for statistical evaluation and technical optimization. IONOS documents that MyWebsite Now itself does not use cookies; external services may have their own practices. More information: https://www.ionos.co.uk/help/data-protection/data-processing-by-your-ionos-product/data-processing-by-mywebsite-now/.

Images and fonts
Some campaign images are loaded from Wix’s image hosting service, and the Poppins font is loaded from Google Fonts. These providers receive the technical information needed to deliver those resources, such as your IP address and browser request information.

Sharing and retention
We use service providers to host the site, collect waitlist submissions, and deliver email. We do not sell waitlist information. We keep signup information while it is needed for the waitlist and requested updates, and review or remove it when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Your choices
You can unsubscribe from updates using the link in an email, or contact contact@hallyu-x.com to ask us to stop sending updates or to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Rights may vary depending on where you live.

Changes
We will update this policy when our services or data practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
